ABOUT JOHN DALY:

John Daly’s career spans nearly five decades of construction project management in luxury home building. John began as a pre-med student at UCLA, but having a young family forced him to become a trim carpenter in the 1970s. He quickly moved to managing construction projects for some of the biggest names in Southern California. His early career included 2 houses for Steve McQueen, Linda Ronstadt, the NBC president, and the 20th Century Fox President. His success with those early projects led to much larger endeavors including the renovation of the Beverly Hills Bungalows and a portfolio of some of the world’s most opulent private residences. John’s repertoire includes his ability to oversee the construction of the most modern and complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and audio/visual systems. These houses are designed by the world’s top architects, built with almost no budget, prices over $150M in construction cost, and with the intention of being world-class pieces of art.

His skillset with personnel management, best practice construction techniques, and his relationship with God allows him to work successfully with some of the world’s most demanding billionaires. John also served as managing director of a custom home construction company in Florida. There, he was responsible for not only the ground-up construction but entitlements and raw land development for master-planned communities. He is not only a skilled builder and leader but a keen observer of budget and schedule.

John became a Christian in his late teens. He found that his devotion to God inspired him to manage people and projects with God’s heart of care and support. John has continued to pursue God’s direction and by his grace has become one of the most respected and sought-after builders in the nation, trusted to build some of the finest homes over $100M - $250M.  In the past five decades, he has garnered a renowned reputation for fairness, kindness, and generosity.
