Steve Lindsey — Executive Director
Steve leads the vision and overall ministry of the Center for Faith + Work Los Angeles. Prior to this position, Steve served as an aerospace executive at The Boeing Company managing satellite systems engineers and retired after 36 years with the company. Steve received his BS in Electrical Engineering from The University of Southern California, and a MS in Engineering from Loyola Marymount University. Steve also has served at multiple churches as elder, men's ministry leader, and teacher including in-depth study and research on the integration of faith and work and leading hundreds of workplace Bible studies. Steve is a Colson Fellow with the Colson Center for Christian Worldview.
Margaret Lindsey —
Co-Director
Margaret provides operational guidance and designs the spiritual formation curriculum for the Center for Faith + Work Los Angeles. Margaret is also founding president, board member, and studio artist at Destination: Art, a non-profit studio and gallery in Downtown Torrance. Margaret was the founding president of the Pastel Society of Southern California. Both of these art organizations promote the value of fine art and the local artist. Margaret formerly served as a US Air Force Officer, managing satellite systems after receiving a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from The University of Southern California. Margaret provided extensive support for the education of their two children through a parent participation school, while integrating a biblical worldview. Margaret is also a Colson Fellow with the Colson Center for Christian Worldview and earned a Certificate in Spiritual Formation from Talbot Seminary at Biola University.
CRISTINA Jung (FOOS) — Communications Director
Cristina hails from Elizabeth, Colorado and has called Los Angeles home for the past 13 years. She primarily oversees digital marketing, content creation, and web development along with some project management at the Center for Faith + Work Los Angeles. She has a B.A. in Apparel & Merchandising from Colorado State University with a Minor in Business Management. Cristina attends Reality Church of Los Angeles where she enjoys serving as a Community Group Leader and on the Gospel Care team. She has previous experience in event production/management and marketing in the fashion & lifestyle brand industry.
Robert Covolo — Director of vocational discipleship
Robert is a California native and has lived in the greater Los Angeles area for the duration of his adult life. He will primarily assist the Executive Director in the development and promotion of CFWLA by expanding the organization’s influence, deepening the quality of the programing offered, and in the cultivating of key sectors of influence around greater Los Angeles. He has completed two PhD programs (Fuller Theological Seminary and VU Amsterdam) and has served as a scholar at the Visual Faith Institute of Art and Architecture and on faculty at the Torrey Honors Institute. In addition to working at CFWLA Robert teaches at Fuller Theological Seminary and gives oversight to the interns and pastoral residents at his home church, Christ Church Sierra Madre.
LILLY HUGO —
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Lilly is originally from Baltimore, MD, and has lived in Los Angeles for 8 years. After studying Business Administration at Fordham University in New York City, Lilly has historically worked in the marketing and entertainment world. She enjoys comedy, fashion, pickleball, dancing at weddings, and snuggling with her cross-eyed cat, Milo. Lilly is active at Collective Church and has served there throughout her time in LA. She will be using her grade-A extroversion to connect with individuals and churches in LA around the intersection of work & faith, in addition to helping CFWLA with operational needs.
