We have been blessed to host two of our sector-based Reimagining Work events in-person in 2021—Vol. 6 Journalism in LA and Vol. 7 Aerospace in LA.

In June, we welcomed Emily Baumgaertner, Sophia Lee, Ivan Penn, Marielle Wakim, and Marvin Olasky (virtually) to Culver City to speak on the field of Journalism. Their expertise and passion for the often times polarizing and controversial field gave attendees insight into how journalists can best serve their communities with integrity.

In El Segundo this past weekend, we hosted Larry James, Minosha Cherian, Todd Ellenberger, and Vincent Zeimis to share their experience in the field of Aerospace. They dove into what the human longing to explore space and the myriad of applications of advanced aerospace technologies have to do with faith. It was impactful to hear how they’ve seen God in this complex and challenging field.
