Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting our twelfth gathering in the Reimagining Work series—an evening that truly stood out as one of the year’s highlights. The focus was on public policy in the greater Los Angeles area, and it was both enlightening and inspiring.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to our special guest, the Honorable Sheriff of Los Angeles County, Robert Luna, for his invaluable presence, as well as to our remarkable panelists—Octavio Martinez, Angie Reyes English, and Dennis Beckwith—who shared their insights with such thoughtfulness.

Of course, this event wouldn’t have been possible without our host the LA Athletic Club, and the effort of our incredible board members and staff. A special note of gratitude goes to Mishal Montgomery and Pete Peterson for their immense support.
